Log into your secure imaware patient portal to view your confidential and easy-to-read digital lab report. It will help you understand whether you may have, or your likelihood of having the condition, how to engage your healthcare professional and how to track your progress over time.

Standard delivery is generally 5-7 days through USPS Ground. Shorter for metropolitan areas, longer for more rural areas. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
